The Democratic Blog, Kicking Ass, reports on the New Texas Redistricting Map.

If there was any doubt about the real intention of this re-redistricting, it was eliminated with the email sent by a Republican House staffer gleefully gloating over the elimination of Democratic districts by packing minorities.
