As I've mentioned, I'll be collecting these reviews on the book's website -- both positive and negative, and good and bad. And here I'll be commenting about a few of those, as it seems appropriate. (I'm not sure yet what the algorithm for "seems appropriate" will be: if a review can be positive/negative as well as good/bad, then most likely I'll think it "appropriate" to respond to what, imho, is a bad-negative review.
