LG Telecom of South Korea has said it will start providing a service called Telekeeper that will enable parents to monitor and control their children's computer usage through their cell phones.This from the article in the Korea Times."With the service, people can watch the same images as displayed on preset computer monitors via their cell phone, thus enabling parents to check whether their children are doing homework or chatting online.In addition, they can verify when the computers were switched on and how long their teenagers used certain programs like online games or Internet sites.When children are playing harmful games or surfing pornographic sites, handsets will help parents terminate the Internet connection or disable the machines."
