Better late than later.

I've finally put up the slides from my closing keynote at the Syndicate conference in New York back in May. Here's the audio (a podcast on its own — one among a growing number, in fact). Here's one version of the original, with all the builds.

For my friends who have problems with my resistance to characterizing the Net as a "medium" for the transport of "content," I begin making my case here, and expand on it here.

On the lighter side, this is the talk where I opened by making fun of the hotel's elevators, which are strange in the extreme. Included are pictures I didn't have time to put in the slide show. I trust they add to the fun.
