HOLLYWOOD (Variety) - In a lawsuit filed Wednesday, a screenwriter claims HBO's hit drama "Six Feet Under" is based on a script she wrote in 1997.

If this is true, then I'll support the original writer in some manner and skip the dvd series I was planning on buying.

"My daily mantra is, Thank God for HBO," says creator Alan Ball.

You should have added Gwen O'Donnell to that mantra, Alan, now HBO will pay big.

I'm so glad that I quit watching teevee before the strike got ugly:

Frustrated Videotron customers turning to satellite dishes for TV programs 6:28 PM Wednesday August 7
MONTREAL (CP) - Frustration over recurring service disruptions during a bitter labour dispute may be pushing customers of Quebec cable giant Videotron Ltd. to turn to the skies for their TV signals.
Previous Reports

And screw satellite dishes too, I'm one of those males who spent more time channel surfing than watching anything.  DVD is cool though, I hope NetFlix gets their butts up here soon though, yes, I keep repeating this request, no, I'm not drunk.  (you know you're drunk when you keep repeating yourself, you know you're drunk when you keep repeating yourself... GoDaddy.com and Audible.com are pissing me off!  I believe I'm forced to cancel my Audible.com subscription -- they better let me leave amicably too.  GoDaddy had better get their forwarding service in order or I'll have to call them as well, actually the phone call would cost me more than their service so I may just have to bash them on this blog every few days and sign up elsewhere.  Y'en a des limites!  I'm not going to buy any more devices for any computers for a very long time, most devices work, it's the accompanying software programs for these devices that suck -- in addition to my Compaq computer and built-in Windows 98.

(I've heard Windows 2000 is a lot better, maybe I'll upgrade to it in the future, or, just get a Mac when I can.)

{Note to Spammers: I can't buy right now, I'll contact you, k?}
