I came home with a computer and ran into myriad of problems setting up. I wound up having to exchange the machine, but not before I spoke with at least 25 tech people. One of one was gay. This was flat plain obvious by the voice, but just in case I was mixed up, he had me typing commands.

That's funny, I subscribed to MSNBC Canada last September and I enjoyed Forest Sawyer's overnight coverage, but then after a couple of weeks he disappeared to do other endeavours. I hear he does work for the Discovery Channel and is on-call for MSNBC, NBC, etc. I would probably still have cable teevee if he was on the news everyday but without Forest, MSNBC didn't have much to offer other than great digital images.
Log Cabin Chronicles John Mahoney's Sunset Dinner Train column: "I begin this report in a tree house. Well, not a real tree house but a tent platform in a stand of trees on a rock ledge overlooking Lake MacGregor in Val des Monts, Quebec. Ottawa étudie de possibles coopérations avec l'armée US OTTAWA (Reuters) - Ottawa envisage d'éventuels projets de coopération entre son armée et celle des États-Unis dans la foulée des attentats du 11 septembre, mais rejette la possibilité de fusionner le commandement des deux forces au sol et en mer ou de permettre le déploiement de l'armée américaine en sol canadien sans invitation.
Oh, c'mon! Let the United States military roam up here as they please, they need to see what's going on and we need their power. Perhaps President Bush could lay off on screwing Canada in trades in return for this.
Why waste your time, if they want to kill you, you won't deter them unless you kidnap them from their leaders at an early age, is the United States of America willing to do that? No, then put the money you would waste trying to convince your friends the Saudis into promoting American births and the military. I don't usually agree with Pat Buchanan -- I wish his book was available at Audible.com but it's probably too controversial, on the other hand Michael MediaWhore Moore is now available so there's a small chance, actually two: small and none -- but I do agree that the West is screwed given how most of the world is undemocratic.
