Usable Help "Some folks think that writing procedures is easy -- just jot down all the steps and you're done. But that results in a transcript, not usable documentation."
So true and yet often so tricky to avoid. It's a struggle between accuracy and consistency on the one hand and meaningful narrative on the other.
