There comes a point in the life of a pair of pants when the edges of the front pockets, and the flap that covers the fly, begin to fray. This fraying is almost imperceptible at first, really more scuff than fray. But over time it gets more pronounced. On a pair of jeans it hardly matters of course, but on anything dressier it's poses a problem. What are the rules for deciding when this kind of fraying is excessive, that the pants should be retired? As soon as I spot it? Or perhaps there's a distance factor - if the damage is visible from, say, three feet away, that's it? 1:11:48 PM | permalink | Bare your teeth [] |

That's easy. You'll feel like a slim majority of Canadians feel about the US invasion of Iraq. You'll want the solid evidence of a credible threat commensurate with a pre-emptive invasion. And if you don't get it, you (at the very least) won't support such an action. 12:03:17 PM | permalink | Bare your teeth [] |
