Busy week at work.  No time to blog.  I did, however, want to point out the last of Hart's major policy speeches before deciding if he'll run.  This one deals with his thoughts on the economy, the most interesting of which is giving every American child $1000 at birth to invest: "...for higher education, job training, home purchase, or to capitalize a small business".  I'll have some more thoughts on the speech when I get a chance (although who knows when that will be).  I'm no economics wonk, but his ideas intrigue as always.  I don't imagine we'll get any professional analysis of his ideas until he decides to run though.  He better.
