Technology and administrative bigwigs are indeed gathering at Stanford University tomorrow, but now it turns out that what will be released is not a final plan, just another draft. "

The long-awaited plan is going to have to wait a bit longer I guess.  The goverment is claiming it is a "living document" and therefore will never be done, but if they're calling it a draft, I don't suspect its close to being "brought to life" as a final document.  It would appear lobbying by the tech industry would be partly responsible for the last minute changes.  Declan McCullagh got a hold of some early versions (jpg's here.)  I'll have more to say on this tomorrow I imagine.
