OK - this is kind of embarassing. I haven't had anything of any value to say for days...I don't know whether I have an obligation to post something here, or whether it's best to wait for something useful to come along. I ended up going with the waiting side... Which isn't to say I really have anything interesting to say now, though. =) So my friend Rachel finally is able to call me - she's on her way to Albuquerque to fly back to civilization - and her cellphone dies, mid-call. You just know that kind of thing is going to happen. It's the law of irony 'n all.
