Drats.  Our real estate agent just called and she says that our current house is worth $50K less than we originally thought.  Oh gee, now that we sign a pending purchase on the new house, and this little detail comes out.  How very convenient.  I can't concentrate on work any more today, I'm going home.  Are Real Estate Agents really just cut from the Used Car Salesmen mold? get on the horn!
