Oh my! I see that my only referral this AM is from someone searching google for "Pittsburgh wardriving FBI". Hey, I'm just sending along what I heard. Don't shoot the messenger and all that. Ashcroft would have me sitting in a cell somewhere if he could, I'm sure.
It's a half day today for me, as I have to get back to our current house for the appraiser who's coming at 1:30. Our realtor disagrees with us on the offering price for our old house, so we're having it appraised as sort of a tie-breaker. Aren't you supposed to have a house appraised by an actual appraiser before you decide on a price? And since when do you have to negotiate with your own realtor? I can understand where she's coming from though-- that first price you set is very important. Too high and you never sell, too low and you get taken. At this point, I'm willing to go a bit lower just to sell it and get on with moving into the new one. I get a headache just thinking about doing the owning-two-houses mambo.
