I made chocolate pudding last night, and it was so good. It's super easy to make.
This isn't the English kind of pudding, which is sort of a cakey-type thing, but American pudding, which is a thick milk-based custard.
Yield 1 serving
2 Tbs Sugar
2 Tbs unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2 tsp Cornstarch
3/4 cup milk or soymilk
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir continuously until thick (about five to ten minutes). Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
