Oh joy of joys! Adrienne won!
Adrienne, you may recall, was my favorite contestant on the show, edging out Elise in my favor by having a modicum of humility. Elise, despite the nerd solidarity I feel for her, is unbelievably arrogant and isn't as smart or as pretty as she thinks she is. Plus, her sense of humor tends to cloy.
However, I forget that she's only 20, so she has time.
I'm a tough critic, though. I always thought I was born to judge with a dispassionate eye. Actually, my dream job would be a print movie critic. I'll bet I'd be one of those critics people read because every movie I don't like becomes a huge hit, like the reviewers in the San Francisco Chronicle.
