My neck is killing me. I haven't slept very well for the past month or so, for a variety of reasons.
The best thing I've found for neck pain is a hot water bottle and a deep tissue rub.
I picked up another big heart-shaped hot water bottle for $2.00 from American Science and Surplus. This along with six comforter bags, a set of professional watch tools, six tiny compasses, an abacus, and a computer bag.
AS&S (or Sciplus) is basically what it says it is: a clearing house for surplus scientific equipment. However, they also specialize in quality surplus of all kinds, from a huge sack of emery boards to electric motors to ammo boxes to high-end cigar humidors, all for low, low prices.
I'm addicted.
