OMG, Crappy TV Show Predicts 9/11

It seems the ratings of the show, The Lone Gunmen, were so bad that nobody remembers an episode where an out of control plane flys right at one of the Twin Towers. The episode aired six months prior to 9/11.

You can check out all out at The Myers Report and at TV Guide. TV Guide also has a clip of the actual scene on their site.

All Hail The Dragonmaster!!!

I get a kick out of this guy. For those of you who have never seen him before, he is New York City's first and only Unofficial Wizard. He first jumped into the spotlight on Triumph the Insult Dog on Late Night with Conan O'Brien. This was the now famous, "Attack of Triumph the Insult Dog" skit.

Perhaps the best way to get to know Blackwolf, is to check out his interview with Something Awful.

Hey, in a society where a half-naked guy with "NY Giants" painted on his chest can go to a football game in the middle of February and be considered "socially acceptable" -- what's so bad with a guy who walks around Manhattan in a white beard and bright green robe?

You rock Blackwolf! Keep it up!

TiVo Hacked

Very cool. The install went without a hitch. It took 1/2 hour. The hardest part was getting the hard drive mounting bracket out of the unit. To tell the truth I was a little scared because I did not feel like taking the time to backup the original drive.

Now I have 88 hours of recording time. That's about a half a year of recording all four Law & Order series. Now if I only watched any of the stuff I record, hmmm.
