That's a translation of an old Italian saying which came to mind watching terrorists kill dogs on CNN. Now I am sure there are a ton of liberal-minded Americans who will quickly point out that America uses animals for drug and medical research, that is true. Still, it breaks my heart to see those poor little dogs getting gassed by those fucking inbred sub-humans.
