Anyone Need More Books? Today and tomorrow, the Goddard Riverside Community Center is holding its annual Book Fair. If you're in New York and have any interest at all in reading, it's worth a visit. 10:22:39 AM     What do you think? ()

What About Saudi Arabia? Today's New York Times reports that the CIA and FBI may not be doing all that they can to determine Saudi Arabia's role in terrorist activities. Given Steven Schwartz's conclusions in The Two Faces of Islam, a possible Saudi role in terrorist activities shouldn't come as a surprise, and given the amount of oil that the U.S. buys from Saudi Arabia, the lack of investigation shouldn't come as a surprise either. But I'm confident that once we neutralize the far more serious threat from Iraq, this will all be straightened out. 10:17:27 AM     What do you think? ()
