David is a science writer based at the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center in Palo Alto where he is editor-in-chief of a new science magazine of international particle physics and science policy with their links to wider culture. The magazine, symmetry, launched in October 2004. He was previously Head of Media Relations for the American Physical Society.

The opinions in this blog obviously do not reflect the opinions of, nor are endorsed by, any of his employers - they are just stuff that he and those who read this blog find interesting.
