I don't get it. Today's Samurai Jack was about, of all things, ravers. Evil ravers, mind you. You see, these kids at the rave are being brainwashed through the DJ's beats to wreak havoc back at their hometowns. Jack arrives and, with mad skillz, breaks the DJ's style (and his turntables!). Once the kiddies wake up from their trance, Jack tells them they're free to go back home... and never again dance to that evil music.
As usual, I guess I'm reading too much into this, and yet I can't help wonder how the mind behind Samurai Jack feels about the whole rave movement.
Who, me? I never go to raves; they're not my bag.

"Where am I? What's going on?"
"I'm sorry, Mabel, but we did everything we could." I sound sad, sincere, apologetic. "But you died and we're taking you down to the morgue now." That wakes her up.
She wails, "I don't wanna be dead!"
"I know, hon. Nobody wants to be dead, but we did everything we could. I'm sorry."
"I don't wanna be dead."
From No Code, a tale illustrating David Fox's observation about working the emergencies beat: "A sense of humor, however warped, is a must." Is it comedy or irony when your charge ends "Sleeping, as it were, the sleep of the dead"?
