Litter Box

Cupid carries two kinds of arrows in his quiver: those made out of gold and those made out of lead. We are all familiar with the use of the golden arrows: those make fools fall for each other. However, the archer also fulfills the opposite task: when Cupid crosses the hearts of lovers with leaden arrows, things turn sour for his victims.

The commercialization of Valentine's Day focuses all its efforts in hawking its wares to the victims of the golden arrows. But this only taps into half of the consumer population. For a complete take on the market, marketers also need to tap into the victims of the leaden arrows. As an initial suggestion, here are some messages that could be used in candy hearts for estranged couples.
