Our georgie is no slouch when it comes to paying back debts. In return for the cool presidential jacket and all those helicopter rides george is clearing up the backlog of I.O.U.s and markers he owes to Big Business.
The Big Fellas were never really happy with all those darned environmental restrictions. Now that georgie enjoys unfettered power in both houses he can simply white out or delete those troublesome laws that hinder the true American ideal…making dough.
It may be hard to keep track of these developments as BushCorp likes to package all these amendments together and release ‘em late Friday afternoon. There were a couple of good ones this week…dropping pollutant emissions caps on industrial plants …curtailing restrictions on logging…even taking care of some pharmaceutical hassles. That last one …the Lily deal was a little sloppy…tacking it on to the Homeland security bill.
Georgie also takes care of his old political mentors…he’s installed poindexter as our new big brother and brought back henry to clear up all that terrorist stuff. Ol’ henry is certainly well-schooled in clandestine operations.
