Forbidden to post now, but . . .

Two things.

I'm not allowed to post during the day, but just realized The Amazing Race is back tonight and I never posted the thoughts I scribbled down about the new family addition when I finally finished it this weekend. Short story: hated it at first, grew to really like it.

I have some thoughts on the new Supreme Court nominee, but that will have to wait. Meanwhile, check out my friend (and big-name blogger) Jeralyn Merritt's TalkLeft. Jerri is a brilliant lawyer, astute on politics, very well conected, and has served with the new nominee and spent a day with her. Not much on the latter, but more than most of even official Washington.

She'll be all over it for the next several weeks, and you'll find some of the best stuff there.
