First, We Gotta Find the Bastard
(Lisa English pointed this out--she's right, this should get wide exposure)

Tom Paine.com has offered a $10,000 reward to anyone who can produce the name of the (currently) unknown Senator who added the "Eli Lilly Rider" to the Homeland Security Bill. This rider shifts any vaccine lawsuits into federal courts where damages are capped and are in fact paid by the taxpayers. This effectivly shields Eli Lilly from lawsuits filed by parents suspicious that vaccines manufactured by the company may have caused autism in their children. If there is a more outrageous example of corruption, I haven't heard of it. It is a blatant example of corporate money destroying the democratic process. Its sole purpose is to protect a company from the consequences of it's own criminal negligence.

The person responsible has not come forward, afraid to face the constituents for whom he or she works. Republican or Democrat, this Senator is a craven and corrupt coward and ought to lose his job. The Tom Paine.com reward is a good way to help this happen.
