Plame Today
Josh Marshall has a great Plame update this morning, including thoughts on the coverage of the Washington Post and how today's stories fit into all of the coverage to date.

A Good Day to Have a Mullet
No story in today's Blade. Vast fame will have to wait a week, I guess.

I wouldn't be so disappointing if the story had been bumped for something important, or even mildly interesting. But in the place where I expected the story to be, was an article on mullets, "Mullets Never Die."

Business in the front; party in the back. The Bi-Level. The Apr-Drape. The Mississippi Mudflap. The Missouri Compromise. The 10/90 (the ratio of hair up front to hair in back). The Camaro Cut. The Achy-Breachy-Bad-Mistakey. Hockey Hair. The Yep-Nope. The Squirrel Pelt. The list goes on and on.

I understnad that bloggers may overestimate our effect on society, but I think our contribution far exceeds that of the unknown inventor of the mullet.
