Just listening on the news to stuff about Iraq's missile capability. Seemingly, their missiles sometimes overshoot by 20 or 30 miles, making them technically capable of longer ranges than allowed. Let's review those facts: Iraq wants to blow something up. They aim a missile at it. The missile lands sort of, kind of, somewhere near(ish) the target. Come on - a missile that can hit a target accuratly, give or take 20 to 30 miles, is just a big shiny firework.
