  So there I was, just a-walking down the street, thinking "Hmm, really must get myself a decent chair. I don't really think I can quite afford it right now, though." Stop at intersection. Look right to check for traffic. A-spy a sign that reads "Chairs, £3". Think "Sold! I'll take one!". Walk into building (turns out that an office full of some flavour of "desginer" is getting new furniture and figures out a good way of getting people to pay to cart the old stuff away is to simply plonk a sign outside), purchase chair, carry it home. Done. Now, is that timing or what?
