Info about the radio blog admin

My name is Albert Delgado. I work as a technologist at Whittier Elementary School in the barrio of Pilsen in Chicago. For myself, I write stories from events or stories that touch my heart or soul. These are stories that do not make the local or national paper. There are always stories bashing public schools. Some of the reporting on education matters is simply terrible because the writers do not know the history of public education in the United States and much less understand what is good pedagogy. I think the people who work in public schools should write from the trenches and let the greater public know what happens in the classroom or school.

I hope to get some of my fellow teachers work on here once we get started up in late August.
