I used to work with a guy whose favorite saying was, "It's the bottom half that makes the top half possible."

That, in turn, reminds of this - Q: What do you call the guy that graduates at the bottom of his medical school class?

A: Doctor

I think I've met that particular doctor a couple times. Come to think of it, I worked for him once!
