For reasons too long to go into, but involving Google searches and Rayne Today, Raven has written a book report, "The Raven: A Critical Analysis.", with strict instructions that it would be wrong to plagarize it. A number of us have assumed it is a great parody of post modern deconstruction. I, for one, sincerely hope it's a parody.

"Because Poe's insecurity prevents him from embracing authentic voices and oral histories, not only does he strangle language with contrived elitist and classist symbolism, but in choosing an animal as the voice of the natural Other, he proclaims his dominance over Gaia and subjugates Mother Earth Herself."

Now maybe if I quote Raven and throw in a sentence about pornography, food, naked midgets and bookreports my hits from Google searches will go up. An interesting, if completely useless experiment.
