A friend claims this is true, though it has the quality of urban legend.

"What's your child's name?"

"Sha-theed."

"How is that spelled?"

"s-h-i-t-h-e-a-d"

He also told a story from a woman he works with. She was standing in line at the grocery store, admiring the child in front of her.

"What's his name?"

"Dejeunay. It's French."

"I know. I speak french."

"Really? What does it mean?"

"'Dejeuner' means 'lunch'."

I had a patient once whose first name was Alpacino. He said his dad liked movies.
