Word...so as not to repeat said isht. Short and to the point. I loved this film, and why wouldn't I? It's Em, it's old-skool, it's street, it's confrontational, it's Kbass dressed down, and Bmurph dressed up.
The story was adequate, and no there weren't any twists, but it's not a suspense film...it was funny, funnier than I thought it'd be (that Skynyrd isht was a trip). It was less prepped for the masses than I thought it would be (he makes fun of the word 'dope' which I figured wack whytgyz learned last year and still overuse.)
I can't tell you whether this was a good movie or not. If you put golf, and hot bitches, and low-riders, and hip-hop, and street violence, and American bourbon, and cigarettes all in a movie with short smart ass characters and set it in a pool hall....well I guess I would like it a lot. When it was over, I wanted 2 more hours, and my wife, who does think Em is the best in the game, said thank god cuz it dragged 40 minutes too long.
So that's it. PG-13 would've screamed SELL-OUT, and it was everything I wanted.
That said, there is something about that Brittany Murphy girl that I can't get outta my head. I flat-out toss to that. She is uber-sexy, and I go for fishnet.
