Tart Green Plums Gojeh sabz 
Gojeh sabz (green plums) in season in murky Tehrangeles, spring 2003. (Seattle, you can have your weather back. We're sick of it.) Not as yummy as gojeh bought on the street, rinsed in jube water, sprinkled with powdered salt, and wrapped in a page of the Kayhan, but still a treat.
