Hilary to Kathy, April 3, 1973 contl, Arlington, VA Shauna, Marty F. and I drove down to University of Virginia (in Charlottesville) one Sunday. Marty wanted to see Larry (remember them from last year?) I had the supreme thrill of seeing OSCAR again (remember my basketball honey?) He looks Terrible and we hardly spoke to each other. Glad to know I was right thinking that I didn’t really like him.
I have FOUR Termpapers this spring. All due within about 3 weeks of each other. UGH UGH….
I hope to get a job in some nifty Georgetown clothes store this summer. FAT CHANCE- I’ll probably end up being a waitress at Hot Shoppes.

My writing for school is getting better – Maybe I will become a journalist (HA HA) it’s the only thing I can do at all.
I’m afraid my world travel is going to be put of for a while. No chance even of getting as far as New York in the near future. Do you realize it’s been 3 years? JESUS!
With any luck you will come to the East Coast and if you don’t come to William & Mary I will come to see you during the holidays. I am sending my revolting senior picture. Believe me, I don’t look like that! My hair is difft. From the way it used to be – I have cut it to a medium long length – w/shorter in the front – I am ruining it w/electric curlers every day.

Alex is living at home doing NOTHING!
Sam (dog) has recovered from a nasty wound to the shoulder – (I am in love w/the vet – but that’s another Boring Tale- HA HA!)
Everything is the SAME! A little flack now and then about the fact that I have driven Alex’s FIAT to school all year and continue to do so – it was bought for him to drive to the Community College but since he doesn’t go anymore….
