Jim Schutze's latest Dallas Observer piece is an article about an apparently extremely toxic dump on the shore of Lake Ray Hubbard, a large lake on the outskirts of Dallas, and one of the city's main sources of drinking water. Nobody will officially say anything, but the paper trail includes references to biohazard suits, 'second chance' body armor, and trenches to contain explosions.

Turns out the John Poindexter Citizen Surveillance Agency has a homepage. It's so bizarre and over-the-top and just flat out wrong that it makes me think it must be a joke or something. Like some conspiracy nut figured out how to hack into DARPA's website or something.
