As if there weren't enough reasons why kids shouldn't look to athletes as role models, now comes Michael Jordan's revelation that he paid an ex-lover $250,000 to remain mum about their extra-marital affair. Jordan seems to be Teflon Man in deflecting criticism but I sensed -- even before this recent revelation -- that he's not the golden boy the media has propped him up to be.

According to this Harvard University study, Saudi Arabia is the leading Internet censor among any country. It was also the country of origin of most of the 9/11 terrorists. It just happens to have a lot of oil that seemingly blinds us to all its faults.
