Sure, government regulation can go too far. But so can de-regulation. Just pick up a copy of Upton Sinclair's, "The Jungle" to remind yourself why government regulation on the meat packing industry is a good thing. Mark Fiore has a great Flash-animated cartoon on that very subject today.
