Early in the afternoon I started hearing the rumors about lack of gasoline in the city. Whether the rumors created the problem or there is another problem, PDVSA assurances that things will normalize by tomorrow are not getting any undeserved trust. Capriles Radonski will continue in jail, a clear political prisoner, since his appeal was turned down today. These may be just smoke screens to waste a day in the reparo process. It seems even Gaviria and Carter are worried now. -YFGB

Not much to say today, but I leave you with a question for those in the know: What happens if you call for the people to defend a revolution and nobody shows up? Leave your comments, I, again, have work to do.
