Breaking news.-The TSJ does not accept the injuction against the "morochas" So the dream is over. In a 6-1 vote the TSJ refused the injuction (Amparo) against the electoral trick of the "Morochas" by which a majority party gets more than its share of the vote. You can read the news here: El Nacional and here: Globovision This means that Chavez's party will be able to use the trick to get more than its share of the seats in the December 4 National Assembly elections and end up with an absolute majority in Congress. This will allow Chavez to change the Constitution as he wishes..
