This week Eric's Spicy Thursday has been cancelled; instead, we had Helen's Girl Nite.  As a result of which I got a cheeseburger, fries, and boy talk, and you get this interview with The Atlantic's Corby Kummer on the Slow Food Movement.  The inherent elitism of organic foods movements obviously bothers me, but Kummer goes a long way toward answering some of those concerns, in theory if not practice. Tonight -- the Julie/Julia Project continues, with Soupe a l'Ail aux Pommes de Terre, plus omelettes the Julia way! 7:44:21 AM    comment []
