Ireland ambitious for broadband. The Irish Minister of State at the Department of Trade and Employment tells BBC News Online about the effects technology has had in Ireland. [BBC News | TECHNOLOGY]

I'm pretty sure it's the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment. Also, for a clearer picture of the real state of Ireland's Broadband chaos, see the Boards of Ireland Offline who have been trying to press the issue for years now.
