This is a "HT morning" and already Small Baby Red Creamer Potatoes look like a winner. These things are expensive, that's what you pay for when they put the word "cream" in there...but at $1.99 for 24 ounces you can't go wrong. Baby Back Ribs at $2.99 are a good price too. This special is also becoming more common, you used to never see them below $4.99 except at Sam's Club. Maybe I'll walk through a cured/smoked baby back recipe this weekend here. Done right, these are delicious and different from the usual ribs - the meat is more like dense ham (from the cure) and, since they are thin, it's fairly easy to dry them to a cured ham (like Smithfield, though not as salty) in a reasonable amount of time.
