While making the chicken boudin yesterday, a friend from my year (1967) in Lima, Ohio stopped by. What a year that was, drinking Lake Country Red wine, playing my guitar, and talking about Art with a capital A. Wayne now lives in Boone and every time we talk it is like another hour of a continuous conversation, even with pauses that last a decade. As in 1967, much of the talk was about a morally-bothersome war.
