The applesause rollups, unrolled, and one smoked bluefish will accompany me to work today (for some reason, I think of the owl and the pussycat). The apple leather, probably a better name for it, was sliced into 1-inch strips and put into a ziplock bag with layers separated by wax paper. These were meant for yesterday, but I missed work because of that "sinus thing" that's been making everyone down here miserable. A day of mostly sleeping has pretty much done it in.
