New butter to try out. Not on the steak, but to saute the portabellas - very slowly. Every so often, I like sample the pricey butters and use it sparingly and carefully. This one is supposed to be a sweet cream butter, the way butter used to be made before they had to mechanize the process - soured cream didn't clog the churns. The butter will still clog the arteries, but who can afford to eat too much of this stuff?
