Strictly Commercial
The chili dog diet just became a little more complicated. Chicago Metallic Commercial pans - highly recommended. I have a baking sheet, a hamburger bun pan, and now this. Their bakeware is available in many stores, but the specialty pans had to be ordered from King Arthur Flour.
