The 'Return' Of 'Ove' Glove The yellowy stuff is farofa. Normally, this would have chopped parsley too, but I didn't feel like a trip to the store just for that. That filet is not a chili dog, which is why 'Ove" Glove perked up. He doesn't get much work when you're cooking wieners. This (marked-down for quick sale!) filet was done the Cooks' Illustrated way - seared on the stovetop, then finished in the oven. Mushrooms browned in minimal butter, then splashed with Saivignon Blanc and reduced. A nice quick meal, not any more complicated than a chilidog. 5:31:44 AM    comment []
