That’s 6 pounds of spices! Did it cost me a fortune? No! The spices cost about $31 and the shipping is $7. That’s pretty hard to beat. I’ll be using the juniper berries in the bacon cure (maybe shinkenspeck, if I’m up to it) and there will be a whole lot of homemade mustard coming out of the kitchen…
