And, in 1773, three years before the Decoration of Independence, the very first insane asylum opened its doors in Virginia. Oh there are some shortcomings - Like the bombing of the USS Cole in 2000, the Bali nightclub bombings of 2002, or the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, but overall 10/12 has much more to offer than 9/11.
